What are Kenkode charms made of?
Every charm is cut from genuine ALRAN French goatskin, full-grain Chèvre Sully leather from the celebrated tannery in Mazamet, France. It's finished with solid metal hardware and a swivel clasp.
Is it a bag charm or a keychain?
Both. Each charm is designed to work as a bag charm and a keychain in one. The swivel clasp clips onto a tote, backpack, purse handle or your keys in seconds.
How do I attach it to my bag?
Just open the swivel clasp and clip it onto a strap, handle, zip pull or keyring. It takes a moment and holds securely, so you can move it between bags whenever you like.
How big are the charms?
Sizes vary by design. You'll find the approximate dimensions on each product page, so you know exactly what to expect before you order.
How should I care for the leather?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from prolonged moisture and direct heat. Genuine leather softens and deepens in character over time, and a little patina is natural and part of its charm. See our care guide for more.
Will the colour change over time?
Full-grain leather is a natural material, so it develops a soft patina and can deepen slightly with wear and light. This is normal and part of what makes each charm feel personal.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
Shipping is free on every order, sent nationwide across Indonesia. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we'll share tracking so you can follow it to your door. If you can't find it, message us at hello@kenkodecharms.com and we'll help.
Do the charms make good gifts?
They do. A charm is a small, considered gift that feels personal, and it's genuinely useful as a keychain too. Many customers buy a few at once. If you'd like a hand choosing, just message us.
