Returns & Exchanges
We carefully inspect every charm before it ships. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we'll exchange it. To file a claim:
1. Record an unboxing video showing the unopened package and the damage
2. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order
3. Include your order number and the video
We can't process damage claims without an unboxing video.
Personal Preference
Because each charm is hand-crafted, we don't accept returns or exchanges for personal preference. Please review photos and product details carefully before ordering — and feel free to ask us questions first.
Wrong Item Received
If we shipped you the wrong item, contact us within 3 days and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
